At ThreadNova Gifts, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because many of our products are made-to-order and personalized, please review our return policy carefully.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order only if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • The wrong item was received.

  • The product contains a manufacturing or printing error.

To request a return, please contact us at support@threadnovagifts.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Personalized and Made-to-Order Products

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Customer input errors (including names, dates, photos, or text submitted during ordering)

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund

at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your order qualifies under our return policy, we may issue a replacement after reviewing your claim.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have certain rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

However, customized and personalized products may be exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal period.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
